Soundtrack
I have found the Super Mario Galaxy soundtrack, not the club nintendo version though (I live in the US, not Japan, and I don’t use e-bay). He ripped the music directly from the disk without recording, so the quality is like hearing it in-game. You can get it here:

I am assuming that he used some kind of hardware to do it. I am hoping to get a chance to ask him about how he did it.

Just today, my friend from Super Mario Legacy (see the links at the bottom of the page) uploaded the Platinum and the Gold versions of the true Club Nintendo soundtrack. He says that he got them from a friend (who may have gotten it off ebay). Since there are bandwidth issues he has asked that people do not directly link to the music files, but rather the pages them self. You can see them here:
The platinum edition is better than the gold as it has two disks instead of one. Also, to save bandwidth, he asks that you download the files to your computer rather than playing in your browser.
